What to reach out about:

• Bug reports. If a tool produced a wrong result or failed on a particular file, tell us which tool and what happened. Because everything runs in your browser, it helps to mention your browser and operating system - please do not send us the image itself.
• Privacy questions. Anything about how the tools work, what stays on your device, or the ads and analytics described on our Privacy page.
• Feature requests. A format you wish we converted, a preset you keep needing, or a tool that is missing. Suggestions genuinely shape what we build next.

Since images are processed entirely on your device and never uploaded, we cannot see or recover any file you worked on - there is nothing for us to look up on your behalf. If you hit a problem, a clear description of the steps is the most useful thing you can send.
